We take pride in all of our products if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we gladly accept the return or exchange of undamaged merchandise.

How to Return Your Order

Contact SUPPORT@COMPUTERMEMORYSOLUTIONS.COM for an RMA before returning any merchandise. Once an RMA is issued,  properly package all items as to avoid breakage during return shipping. Include all original internal packing materials along with the packing slip or invoice for speedy processing.

A pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS return label can be provided upon request. This label will incur the return shipping fee of $5.99 which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you do not wish to use our pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. CMS is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by CMS. CMS does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refund Policy

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.  Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. SHIPPING & HANDLING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Along with a 15% restocking fee on any incompatible or unwanted electronics.  (Removal of ANY labels with automatically VOID your return)
